What Mini Archive Does

Everything, in one place.

A model's life doesn't end when the paint dries. Mini Archive gives every miniature a permanent record — how it was made, who made it, who owns it, and everything that happens to it afterward. Not a photo folder. A history.

Photograph

Showcase your finished work.

Front, back, left, right — document the piece the way it actually looked, at the stage it actually looked that way. A single photo is enough to start a draft; four angles are what it takes to publish.

Document

Record recipes, techniques & notes.

Compile the exact paint recipe that went into a model — colour by colour, layer by layer — so it's never lost to memory. Add technique notes, what worked, what you'd do differently next time. As thin or as detailed as the piece deserves.

Every paint you log also surfaces the nearest match from popular brands — useful if you're missing a paint and need a substitute.

Actively being refined — new brands are being added, with more planned, and the matching logic keeps getting sharper.

Track

Log time and capture progress.

Mark a model in progress or complete, log hours worked, and build a timeline as the piece moves from primer to finished. The record grows with the work instead of only existing after it's done.

Browse

Search by name or painter, filter to your own.

Find any model by name or painter, or switch to a filtered view of just your own collection.

Owning It

Painter and owner aren't always the same person.

Every model records who painted it and who currently owns it as two separate facts — useful for commissions and gifts, where those are often different people.

Transferring ownership to another account is planned, not yet available.

Proving It Coming Soon

Independent proof of ownership and provenance.

A photo can be copied or faked — a verified record can't. Proving It is about giving a model independent, verifiable proof of who owns it and where it came from, not just a self-reported description.

Mini Archive is developing NFC tag support as the first step — a small, physical way to connect a real miniature to its permanent digital record with a tap. Details and availability coming soon.

The long-term vision: NFC verification eventually helping reunite lost or stolen miniatures with their owners, and scanning a model becoming as natural a habit in this hobby as photographing a finished piece.

Its Life After

Every game played becomes part of the record.

Log matches and track basic results — wins, losses, kills — as part of a model's ongoing history. A finished model isn't a closed chapter; the games it's played in become part of its story too.

Actively being refined, with more gaming systems, game types, and campaign/tournament depth planned.

Preserve — Your Legacy, Always

Every record lives in the archive permanently.

Published models stay in the archive for good — even if an account is deleted, the model's record remains. Only the identifying details of who owned it get removed. The piece itself, and its history, stay part of the archive.
